Reclaiming You: Healing Retreat for Toxic Relationship Recovery

Unhealthy relationship dynamics can involve manipulation, control, emotional abuse, criticism, and boundary violations. Trust is undermined, communication breaks down, and individuals feel trapped and unable to express their needs. These relationships can lead to isolation, depression, and anxiety, highlighting the importance of recognizing and addressing these harmful patterns for healthier connections. “Reclaiming You” isa restorative retreat guided by therapists Arielle Seidler, LCSW-C and Karen Moore, LCSW-C for individuals ready to break free from toxic relationship patterns and reclaim their authentic selves.

Nestled in tranquil surroundings, the retreat offers a secure and nurturing environment to begin healing. Under the compassionate guidance of Arielle and Karen, you will explore the roots of toxic relationship dynamics, learn to establish healthy boundaries, and understand your attachment style. Through a blend of experiential therapy, mindfulness practices, and self-reflection exercises, you will gain invaluable insights and practical tools to navigate relationships with confidence. Together, we'll create a supportive community where you can safely unravel your experiences and rebuild a sense of self-worth and resilience.
