Escape the daily grind and immerse yourself in nature with our "Connect to Nature, Connect to Self" workshop. This unique experience blends the practice of forest bathing with reflective journaling. We’ll begin by setting intentions for a guided nature walk, followed by an hour of mindful exploration where you'll connect with the sights, sounds, and textures of the natural world. Upon returning, group discussion and journaling prompts will help you integrate your experience; offering a chance to unplug, reconnect with yourself, and gain a deeper appreciation for the world around you.
We will be gathering inside the farm's beautiful Star Barn. Dress comfortably and bring layers of clothing, just in case the evening temperature drops a bit.

Yoga Mat/Floor Cushion/Folding Chair (we will be in a seated position while journaling and want to be sure you are as comfortable as possible, if sitting on the ground is not an option for you please feel free to bring a comfortable chair)
Pen and notebook
Shoes suitable for a short walk in nature
Comfortable clothes for sitting and walking
