Seasons of the Soul Fall

As the Wheel of the Year turns, each season brings with it unique energies and invitations. Learning to flow with the currents of each season, allows us to journey through our lives with greater ease and abundance.

The energy of Autumn presents us with an invitation to mirror nature's own cycle of celebration, release and surrender. In this intimate retreat led by Missy Teague and Pam White of Wishing Star Wellness, we will honor the beauty and wisdom of fall, celebrating our successes of the year, shedding those things that are no longer serving us and preserving the lessons learned from both.

Our work together will include:

Intentional gratitude work, commemorating our triumphs and acknowledging the gifts we've given and received.
Guided practices to intentionally cast off the patterns, beliefs, habits, and influences that are no longer in service to our higher good.
Powerful group energy work and nourishing exercises to restore & replenish
Exploration of the profound Celtic tradition of kything to tap into the strength and wisdom of trees, our timeless symbols of the season.
Honing the connection to our own inner wisdom and guides as we prepare for the introspection and restoration of Winter.

As the retreat nears, we will stay connected with follow-up questions, preparation guidance and the day's agenda.

Please note that this retreat is limited to a small number of attendees to create a more personal and intimate experience. Therefore, registration fees are non-refundable unless we are able to find another attendee. You are welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or family member if you would like. In cases of illness or family emergency, your registration fee may be applied to a future event within six months from the date of the retreat.
