Sahana Yoga

Join Renee Timms as she teaches a blend of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga practices to both beginner and intermediate level students. Iyengar yoga focuses on structure and strength while Ashtanga yoga focuses on dynamic movement in each pose to warm the body and release toxins. Let’s unwind, stretch, and find our inner peace together in a beautiful rustic setting.

Class fee: $30 per class + Eventbrite ticketing fees

 **Space is limited, please be sure to register at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to reserve your spot in class.

**You should bring a yoga mat, blanket, towel, and a water bottle.

**Payment types accepted: Event Brite, Cash, check or Venmo.

To participate in this class, you will be required to review and sign an agreement of release stating you are aware the risk of injury is present as is the case with any physical activity.
